Vault Deposit & LP Tokenization

Users begin by depositing their assets into the OmniFarming Vault, a smart contract that securely holds all user funds. Upon depositing, users receive LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens. These tokens represent the user's proportional share of the total assets within the Vault and serve two important functions:

  1. Proof of Ownership – LP tokens indicate the exact percentage of the total Vault assets a user owns.

  2. Earnings Distribution – Users are entitled to a share of the yields generated by OmniFarming, proportional to their LP token holdings.

These LP tokens are fully transferrable and can be redeemed at any time to withdraw the corresponding share of assets and accrued returns from the Vault.

AI Strategy Selection via ROFL Environment

The selection of investment strategies is autonomously managed by the Thorn AI Agent, which runs in a highly secure and isolated computing environment called ROFL (Reliable Off-chain Framework for Logic).

  • The ROFL environment ensures that the AI logic is tamper-proof and cannot be manipulated by external parties or even protocol operators.

  • This isolation is crucial for maintaining trustless autonomy and decision transparency, allowing the AI to analyze market conditions objectively and generate accurate signals without interference.

Based on these signals, the Vault reallocates capital into appropriate Strategy Modules, according to real-time performance metrics, risk assessments, and target yield thresholds.

Strategy Modules & Execution

Each Strategy Module is a specialized smart contract designed to carry out a particular investment approach. Once activated by the AI’s signal, funds are moved from the Vault into these modules where they are actively managed.

  • Leveraging / Deleveraging – Using collateral to increase exposure or reduce risk.

  • Providing Liquidity – Supplying assets to AMMs (Automated Market Makers) and liquidity pools to earn trading fees or farming rewards.
